Cabin occupancies

Cabin occupancies are based on zoning regulations and there is a maximum number of guests per cabin. Antique Cabin - 4 guests | Cabin in the Pines - 6 guests | Garden Cabin - 4 guests | Kelly Reed Cabin - 8 guests. If you wish to have day guests or visitors, please indicate the number of guests at the time of your reservation. An additional guest fee of $10 per day visitor will be charged to your credit card.

Reservations

Your credit card will be charged 50% of your total stay. The balance will be charged two days prior to your arrival. Online reservations can be made up to 2 days prior to your arrival. Last minute reservations can be made by calling 812.988.2689. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Deposits are non-refundable. If an emergency arises and you need to change your reservation, we will make every effort to reschedule your reservation for another available time. You must call to reschedule, cancellations will not be accepted through the reservation system. If you cancel within 48 hours, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay. We are not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or issues out of our control. Refunds will not be issued. Cabins are in the country, and all cabins are treated by exterminators. Seasonal critters occasionally make their way into the cabins and this is normal. Refunds will not be issued.

Minimum night stay

We do not have a minimum night stay except for the following holidays which requires a minimum 2 night stay: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and the month of October.

Check-in

Check in begins at 3:00 pm or after. You will receive an email with an attachment of a map showing the location of your cabin and surrounding points of interest. If you arrive after dark, lights will be left on and the door unlocked, the key will be left in the door. You do not need to check in with anyone, your email is your confirmation.

Check-out

Check out is 11:00 am. Please leave the cabin in the condition that you found it. Place all furniture back in the same location you found it, bag all trash and leave in the kitchen, do not place outside. Place all dirty towels in the bathtub, and remove bedding and place on each bed. Make sure all dishes and utensils are washed and put away.

We recycle, please separate cans, glass and plastic from your trash and bag separately. Leave the door unlocked, place the key on the kitchen counter.

Cabins with wood fireplaces -– Do Not remove ashes from the fireplace!!!

Damages and Security

Each cabin is checked after each guest has left. If items are found to be missing or broken, your credit will be charged for the damages. If we find excessive use of linens or towels or excessive cleaning is required, your credit card will be charged up to $100.

Deposits and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made through the reservation system. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a 50% of the total stay being charged to your credit card.

Rates

Posted rates are based on 2 or more consecutive overnight stays. Single night stays are available for an additional fee.
